Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MANIFEST (“Manifest”, “we”, “us”),
available at manifest-ai.online, including the world-building engine, AI generation features, community
publishing, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree
to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
This document is a plain-language starting template provided for transparency. It is not
legal advice; for a production launch we recommend having it reviewed by a qualified lawyer in your
jurisdiction.
1. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (at least 13, or the minimum
digital-consent age where you live).
2. Credits, subscriptions & payments
- The Service uses a credit system to meter AI generation and rendering. Free accounts receive a monthly
credit allowance; paid plans (e.g. PRO, PLUS, MAX) and one-time top-ups grant additional credits.
- Subscriptions and payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges
until you cancel. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time from the Billing page; access
continues until the end of the paid period.
- Except where required by law, payments and used credits are non-refundable. Purchased credits do not
expire while your account is active.
- Prices and credit allowances may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
3. Your content
- You retain ownership of the worlds, scenes, and assets you create (“Your Content”).
- You grant us a limited licence to host, store, render, and display Your Content as needed to operate
the Service, and — where you choose to publish to the community or share a link — to display it to others.
- You also grant us a licence to use Your Content and your interactions with the Service (including prompts,
editing actions, and generated results) to train and improve our own AI/ML models and features.
You can turn this use off at any time from the editor’s privacy setting, and you can delete your training
records via “delete my data”; see our Privacy Policy for details.
- You are responsible for Your Content and must have the rights to anything you upload.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law or infringe others’ rights (including intellectual property and privacy);
- upload malware, attempt to access other users’ data, or probe, scan, or disrupt the Service;
- generate or publish content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or
that harasses others;
- resell, scrape, or abuse the AI generation, rendering, or API endpoints beyond your plan.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. AI-generated output
AI features can produce inaccurate or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing output before
relying on or publishing it. We make no warranty that generated content is accurate, original, or fit for a
particular purpose.
6. Service availability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any
time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manifest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages, or for loss of data, profits, or content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount
you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if
you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date;
continued use after changes means you accept them.
