These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MANIFEST (“Manifest”, “we”, “us”), available at manifest-ai.online, including the world-building engine, AI generation features, community publishing, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

This document is a plain-language starting template provided for transparency. It is not legal advice; for a production launch we recommend having it reviewed by a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction.

5. AI-generated output

AI features can produce inaccurate or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or publishing it. We make no warranty that generated content is accurate, original, or fit for a particular purpose.

6. Service availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manifest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
